NO Animal products (meat, dairy, eggs), artificial ingredients, excessive salt, sugar, preservatives, GMO, processed, cooked, baked or pasteurized foods, etc.) Don't know what to bring? Grab a copy of the Natural Vibrant Health - Raw Food recipe book which even provides raw food prep instructions. Also there are tons of raw-vegan recipes everywhere online :)))))
